Battleborn Update – Ernest Early Access and Battleborn #29

So, here we are. Battleborn #28, Ernest Igrin, has entered Early Access. All Digital Deluxe and Season Pass Owners can now unlock the explosive avian Ernest via the use of a Hero Key, and can rain havoc down on the battlefield for the next week. Starting September 1st, Ernest will be available to all players, for a cost of 47,500 in-game credits. Titanfall 2 Tech Test

So, if you have been living under a rock much like I have, you may not be aware that Titanfall 2 had a Tech Test on the Xbox One and PS4 last weekend. Sorry PC, but you aren’t invited. Luckily, the test will be running again this weekend, from the 26th to the 28th of August. The test is an Open Multiplayer test, and has a two different titan frames and a bunch of different pilot abilities for you to mess around with. Super Mutant Alien Assault Review

Disclaimer: We we’re lucky enough to be given a Steam review code for this game by the publisher Surprise Attack. I’m a huge fan of a genre I like to call “Frustrating time sinks”. Entries like The Binding of Isaac, Nuclear Throne and Enter the Gungeon, really nail down the various formulae that seem to make or break these style of games.
